Gordon Conference Room (Room 303) (Gordon Conference Room) Capacity: 30

Description

The Gordon Conference Room (Room 303) is located on the third floor of the Gordon Library and can accommodate seating for up to 30 people. This room can be reserved by WPI faculty and staff ONLY. Student groups may request this space for academic/administrative purposes and must be accompanied by an advisor or faculty member.

The Gordon Conference Room includes a large conference room table that can seat 15 people and chairs around the perimeter to seat another 15, an LCD projector and screen, and a multimedia podium with Logitech Meet Up software. 

Room reservations are mediated by Gordon Library staff who will inform you if your request is approved. The key for this room must be borrowed by a faculty or staff member. 

PLEASE NOTE: Construction to replace the ceiling and lighting on the third floor will begin on 5/27 and run through 8/15. Though this should not impact your ability to use the Gordon Conference Room, there may be some noise so please bear with us and pardon the appearance. The Gordon Conference Room may be unavailable at some points during the summer due to construction. We will do our best to notify impacted parties as soon as possible.
