IMPORTANT NOTE (as of September 2025): The main elevator in the Gordon Library is currently out of service for repair. Please note that Chartwells Catering will NOT deliver to your event if it is taking place on the third floor so please plan accordingly. We are working to restore service as soon as possible and apologize for any inconvenience.

The Gordon Conference Room (Room 303) is located on the third floor of the Gordon Library and can accommodate seating for up to 30 people. This room can be reserved by WPI faculty and staff ONLY. Student groups may request this space for academic/administrative purposes and must be accompanied by an advisor or faculty member.

The Gordon Conference Room includes a large conference room table that can seat 15 people and chairs around the perimeter to seat another 15, an LCD projector and screen, and a multimedia podium with Logitech Meet Up software. 

Room reservations are mediated by Gordon Library staff who will inform you if your request is approved. The key for this room must be borrowed by a faculty or staff member.
