Description

 

These tech-enabled collaborative spaces are designed to provide a flexible environment for groups of 2-6. Tech Suites are equipped with 50" plasma display, dedicated networked PC, WiFi + 2 additional network ports, and whiteboard with markers/eraser.

Tech Suites are for active students only. Faculty and staff cannot reserve library Tech Suites. 

Policies

  • Reservations can be made for up to 3 hours and may be made up to 2 weeks in advance.
  • Due to high demand, groups are limited to 2 reservations per week. 
  • Tech suites are for groups of two or more, not as individual private study spaces.
  • Users must borrow a key for their reserved room from the Tech Suite Reservation Desk
  • Keys returned after the reserved time will be fined $1/minute late
  • Reservations are subject to cancellation for groups more than than 10 minute late picking up the key for their reservation
